Séamus is an arable farmer, recruiter, and agricultural educator with a deep-rooted passion for the industry. Through his own experiences working in the agricultural industry across Ireland and Australia he has learned one fundamental truth:
A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.
This philosophy drives his approach to recruitment. Séamus believes that the traditional hiring process doesn’t do enough to truly assess a worker’s abilities. To build a strong team for the busy season ahead, you need real insight into a candidate’s skills, work ethic, and adaptability. That’s why Top Seed Recruitment goes beyond the office and into the field, staying active in the farming community to identify the best talent. His work in education also provides direct access to past and current agricultural and technology students, putting him in a unique position to connect employers with skilled, ambitious candidates.

Coming from the Boyne valley in Ireland and a family steeped in farming tradition,
Fiachra has more recently made NSW his home. Using his first-hand experience of staff management and educating people across various sectors, Fiachra strives to find the right fit for the right job.
Echoing Seamus’ philosophy, Top Seed Recruitment can be the link between skilled worker and employer.
His hobbies include camping, fishing, cooking for friends and playing ressies footy at a slow pace.
